Class Descriptions

Sunday senior stretch: An intro level class designed to improve functional flexibility, stability and balance for an active aging lifestyle. This is an adaptable class where practitioners can join from a mat or chair, based on their personal preferences. 

​Power Yoga: Blends vinyasa & strength building yoga styles to increase functional flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance through seated, standing & balancing poses; as well as cardio bursts & flowing sequences. All levels are welcome!


Yin Yoga: Increases flexibility and mobility, reduces stress and anxiety, and opens the fascia to promote circulation. Create balance in our busy yang lives by slowing down with a yin practice. Props and supports are used to find the appropriate depth of poses for each practitioner.

Aerial Restorative Yin: Practiced close to the floor, passive practice, postures are held for 3-5 minutes. Bypassing large yang muscles, deep opening of fascia, connective tissue & energy centers. Profound healing practice. Re-aligning of mind, body, emotions & spirit.

Yoga Sculpt: Fuses traditional yoga poses with a HIIT format; using cardio, strength & rest intervals to create a unique fitness experience. Strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance & increase flexibility in this class. All exercises can be adapted to fit individual needs, including low impact. Appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome!!

Slow Flow Yoga: This class blends Vinyasa & Iyengar Yoga styles to encourage relaxation, increase flexibility & strengthen core muscles. We will focus on creating a mindful practice with flowing movements and breath work.. All levels are welcome!
