Meet The Teacher
My name is Jillene Jones, E-RYT, 500 Hr RYT, YACEP and owner of Pure Prana Yoga.
My classes focus on -Establishing breath and body awareness -Functional flexibility and stability -Intentional sequence -Finding the joy in yoga! Modifications and options offered throughout class increase the accessibility of poses to include a larger range of student skill and comfort levels. I have trained in Meditation Techniques, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar Based Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Sequencing and Aerial Restorative Yin throughout my yoga journey. In addition to my yoga training, I am also a Reiki Master and trained Barre instructor. |
